Two brand new pieces

Actually one is from 1981 but just entered into Finale - It is a peice for Alto Sax, Piano, and Double Bass. The piano player also plays Wood Block, and the sax and bass do various percussion effects as well. This is how the computer plays it so far:

Here is a String Quartet that I wrote back in 1979 as performed at a recital I did at FSU way back then. It's pretty neat, includes a lot of improvization interspersed with the notes written in the score.

It is called "Pair of Deuces",

scored for Violin and Cello vs. Viola and Bass.
